About us
Sergiu-Daniel Helping Hands Foundation (SDHHF) is a non-profit Christian public charity that is committed to share God's love to the needy with helping hands, in order to bring:
- relief for the poor, distressed and underprivileged with serious medical conditions by providing medical care;
- financial help for churches both in the US and Romania;
- further educational training through scholarships.
The Honorary Founders of SDHHF
After losing their only child, Sergiu-Daniel Berghian, at the age of 32, due to a cruel and aggressive thyroid cancer, Ovidiu & Garo Berghian, decided that a charity foundation be opened in his loving memory.
With his exceptional computer and piano skills, an open and sensitive heart to assist everyone in need, Sergiu-Daniel always had a desire to help other people, so his parents want to continue his work through this foundation.
